Of the several orders we had going out this week, we were particularly excited to deliver this chic three tier cake to the Gardiner Museum. The Gardiner is one of my favourite venues for smaller weddings due to the culinary wizardry of the Jamie Kennedy crew and the floor to ceiling windows that ensconce this modern space.
The cake featured handmade sugar gardenias and delicate pearlized green fondant ribbon dyed to match perfectly with the dusky green linen tablecloths and coordinated furnishings. The result was clean, chic and elegant (our mission statement at Bobbette & Belle).
