Honduras, the seventh largest coffee producer in the world, started coffee cultivation in the early 19th century. Today, this Central American country boasts 110,000 coffee producers, 92% of them being small farmers. Honduran coffee is a smooth, rich, full-bodied, low acid, mild coffee with a sweet, nutty, citrus flavor. It has smoky, chocolaty, honey notes and is characterized by a smooth finish. 3/4 pound bag.
