Lemon Meringue Pie

Our lemon meringue pie is beyond compare. We never cut corners and only squeeze fresh lemons to make our velvety lemon curd from scratch. Once the curd is ready we bake it in a classic buttery short crust, pipe freshly made meringue on top and finish by torching the peaks to a golden brown. It the perfect balance of tart and sweet.


Keep refrigerated until use.
