Ordering & Payment

You can order online any time, or call our order desk at 416 466 8800 during business hours. Full payment is required when you place your order.

Online we accept all major credit cards. By phone we accept Visa and Mastercard. In our bakeries we also accept Interac.

If you're contacting us after hours, email info@bobbetteandbelle.com with your name, phone number and what you'd like to order, and a member of our team will get back to you during business hours.

Changes

Because everything is made to order, we can't accept changes to flavours or finishing details once your order has been paid in full.

Refunds

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds, and store credit is offered on a case-by-case basis. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

This policy includes special occasion orders.

Wedding Orders

We don't offer refunds on wedding orders, including wedding cakes, towers and favours. If you need to cancel, please let us know more than one full week before your event date and we will consider a store credit. Cancellations made less than one week before your event aren't eligible for credit.
