Shipping policy
Pickup & Delivery
All of our cakes and treats are made fresh in our Toronto bakery. When you check out, simply choose Pickup or Delivery, then select your date and time.
Pickup
Pick up your order free of charge at either of our bakeries:
- Queen St East: 1121 Queen St East, Toronto
- Yonge St: 3347 Yonge St, Toronto
Choose your pickup location, date and time window at checkout. You'll receive an email confirming your pickup details.
Delivery
We deliver Tuesday to Sunday within Toronto and the GTA. Enter your postal code at checkout to see if delivery is available to your address. A minimum order of $30 is required for delivery.

Please make sure someone is available to receive your order during your delivery window, as our products are perishable.
If your postal code isn't available for delivery, you're welcome to choose pickup at either of our bakeries, or contact us at info@bobbetteandbelle.com to ask about special arrangements.
Wedding Cakes & Cupcake Towers
Delivery and set-up for wedding cakes and cupcake towers are arranged and quoted separately. Due to their delicate nature, buttercream wedding cakes are only available for delivery within the GTA.
