Each cupcake is swirled with pastel buttercream in aqua, pink and lilac, finished with sparkling sprinkles and topped with a hand-made mermaid tail. Available on a chocolate or vanilla cake base, or a mix of both.

Ingredients: Your choice of cake: vanilla (flour, sugar, butter, milk, egg whites, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, salt) or chocolate (flour, sugar, cocoa, buttermilk, eggs, oil, coffee, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, salt); vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream (butter, egg whites, sugar, vanilla, cream of tartar); food colouring; sprinkles; fondant and gum paste decorations.
